Charlie Chien Lin is a music composer for film, television, and interactive entertainment. Charlie has been actively involved in various media productions since 2008. These productions gave him experiences working with directors, production crews, project budgets, and deadlines. Some of Charlie’s recent projects include The Saint, The OHNI Case Files, Moonstone Entertainment’s action film: Falcon Rising and Netflix’s Original Documentary: The Battered Bastards of Baseball. In 2014, Charlie composed music for the short film: The Way We Were, which won the 10-10-10 competition at the International Film Festival in Santa Barbara. Charlie has been working with trailer music production companies such as Glory Oath + Blood and Evolving Sounds. Charlie’s music has been licensed for various TV shows on TLC, truTV, National Geographic, Animal Planet, MTV2, MTV, We TV, CTV, NBC, FYI, FOX, Fuel TV, Telemundo, and HGTV.
Charlie helps directors and producers complete projects that fulfill their vision. He believes in delivering a final product that will touch people’s hearts, make them feel alive, question a certain issue, spark an interest, or achieve an emotional roller coaster ride. Charlie graduated with Bachelor of Music from the California State University of Northridge with focus on media composition.
